Banquet House Attendant - Summer Seasonal

Location: Lanai City

Four Seasons - Fraser Avenue - Responsibilities:
Set up, break down, and maintain banquet and event spaces according to BEO specifications, including tables, linens, furniture, buffets, and specialty setups;
Stock, organize, and maintain linens, equipment, and service supplies, ensuring cleanliness, proper storage, and adequate inventory levels;
Coordinate daily assignments and participate in BEO meetings to ensure clear execution of event requirements while maintaining event space standards;
Transport, set up, and store equipment and materials safely, including operating vehicles and maintaining tools, carts, and equipment;
Manage linen operations, including inventory tracking, timely delivery of soiled items, and maintaining par levels for upcoming events
