Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their rooms;
Deliver luggage to guest rooms at check-in and retrieve luggage upon departure;
Maintain accurate records of all luggage deliveries and pickups;
Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel services, hours of operation, events, directions, and key personnel;
Provide safe, comfortable transportation for guests using hotel vehicles
