Four Seasons - - Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, equipment, and service ware;
Clean and sanitize china, glassware, and silverware using dishwashing equipment;
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas, including ovens, kettles, mixers, floors, walls, drains, and production spaces;
Wash and sanitize pots, pans, and utensils;
Safely handle, label, and store cleaning chemicals in compliance with safety standards
