Four Seasons - Lanai Airport Road - Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize china, glassware, and silverware using dishwashing equipment;
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas, including ovens, kettles, mixers, floors, walls, drains, and production spaces;
Wash and sanitize pots, pans, and utensils using proper cleaning solutions and procedures;
Manage stewarding carts, remove and dispose of trash, and clean walk-ins and refrigeration units;
Safely handle, label, and store cleaning chemicals in compliance with safety standards and proper protective measures
