- Responsibilities:
Assist with the coordination of a guests' stay with luggage, valet and other guests' requests;
Ensure every guest is greeted and acknowledged with the aloha spirit;
Assist with the hotel's bike and golf club programs. Ensure that proper waivers are signed, and equipment is returned in the same condition;
Control bell storage area; receive and issue claim tickets for baggage to be stored. Retrieve luggage when claim tickets are presented;
Provide unique experiences for all our guests through warm, personal & detailed service in a luxury, upscale and fast-paced environment
