Rosewood Hotels - - Responsibilities:
Maintains cleanliness of all assigned areas;
Ensures that minimum brand standards have been implemented;
Operates an automatic dishwashing machine that cleans and washes plates, cups, saucers, silverware, glasses and other dishes;
Prepares tableware for washing and manages dishwashing area;
Reports daily to Outlet Manager/Assistant Manager and maintains par stocks of equipment and guest supplies
