Fairmont Hotel - - Responsibilities:
Actively engage with guests and assist in all guests needs, including towels, chaise lounge setup, cabana setup, snorkel gear, surfboards, boogie boards, flotation devices, kayaks, and provide instruction for equipment usage;
Pick up and remove used towels and debris from the beach and pool deck areas;
Provide unique experiences to guests through warm, personal and detailed service in a luxury, upscale environment;
Ensure a positive first impression of the beach and pool through cleanliness, setup, and ambiance;
Up-sell and promote wellness & recreation offers to maximize sales revenue
