Location

Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina, Oahu, Hawaii.

• Works closely with Front of House, Kitchens and Banquets to understand, coordinate, and plan daily needs with agility and flexibility.
• Ensure the organization of a high volume of different china, glass, and silver items.
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleaning procedures.
• Take a hands‑on approach with staff engagement to lead the team to exceed expectations.
• Hold team members accountable through progressive discipline.
• Maintain compliance with the State of Hawaii Department of Health & Ecosure.

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Department head role is required.
• Experience in a luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
• Strong ability to lead and train a team to maintain team spirit and quality service.
• Approaches situations proactively instead of “do as told”.
• Flexible with changes and challenges and is able to take a creative approach.
• Inventory experience, proficient in Excel and Microsoft systems.
• US Work Authorization is required unless the candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location. Current Four Seasons managers may qualify for L1 Visa sponsorship.

$86,000 - $91,000 per year
