Resort Manager

Position Overview

Resort Manager at OUTRIGGER Ka'anaapli Beach Resort will assist the General Manager and/or the Vice President of Operations to create and maintain a customer‑driven resort, inspiring resort hosts to perform at their best.

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the hotel to maximize profitability, guest satisfaction, product quality and brand & service standards.
• Ensure facility maintenance, workplace harmony and property safety practices in accordance with Outrigger Hotels & Resorts standards.
• Actively promote the hotel as a quality deluxe hotel within the world tourism market and represent the resort as a caring corporate citizen in all local community activities.
• Serve as a member of the Hotel's Executive Committee and coordinate with other departments to deliver exceptional business results.

Base pay ranges from $150,000 to $170,000, with potential for higher salary based on experience, education and skills.
