RoleAbout The Role Welcome and orient guests to poolside services. Provide guests with water, amenity service (cool towels, refreshments, sunscreen, etc.), towels, and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool and surrounding areas. Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do- Welcome guests, provide pool orientation and an explanation of services; assist guests with seating and setting up chairs with ample towels; enter detailed guest information into the reservations system; bring guests water and ice once seated.
- Lift, push, carry supplies and/or linen transport items to the guest in a timely manner.
- Anticipate guest needs, assist with umbrellas, ascertain satisfaction, remove linen or trash items, clean the guest area after departure, offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
- Break down, clean and set up tables, towel huts, and pool areas; bring towel bins to and from laundry.
- Customer service experience relevant to the position (six months to one year preferred) with Four Seasons or other organizations.
- Customer service oriented, attention to detail, ability to maintain an organized workspace, and professionalism in a high-paced, high-volume environment.
