Front Office Manager

We are currently seeking an impossibly charismatic Front Office Manager.

• Supervise the front office team, which is the first point of contact for guests.
• Ensure guests are greeted, attend to their every request, and introduce them to the brand.
• Develop and maintain a high level of service and performance across the front office operations.
• Manage financial performance, including monitoring revenue and costs for the front office.
• Maintain strong communication with guests, team members, and other hotel departments.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a front office supervisory role in an upper upscale or luxury hotel environment.
• Post‑secondary diploma or degree is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of front office operations and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem solving, and effective communication (verbal and written).
• Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

$89,610.00 annually + incentive bonus.
