- Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their rooms, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience;
Deliver luggage to guest rooms at check-in and retrieve luggage upon departure, transporting items to storage areas or the front drive as needed;
Maintain accurate records of all luggage deliveries and pickups;
Handle all guest interactions with professionalism and hospitality, responding to inquiries regarding hotel services, hours of operation, events, directions, and key personnel;
Provide safe, comfortable transportation for guests using hotel vehicles and ensure assigned vehicle is clean and stocked with amenities
