Welcome and escort guests upon arrival, creating a warm first impression while recognizing VIP and returning guests;
Assist with luggage handling, including delivery, pick-up, storage, and transportation, while maintaining accurate records of all guest baggage movements;
Respond to guest inquiries, accommodate special requests, resolve concerns, and provide directions and information about resort facilities, events, and services;
Perform guest and hotel errands, including local deliveries, package transportation, and other off-property requests as needed;
Safely transport guests while ensuring resort vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and stocked with appropriate guest amenities
