Highgate Hotels - - Responsibilities:
Set up the bar according to hotel standards and ensure guests are served promptly;
Prepare beverages and cocktails according to the hotel’s standards;
Serve guests with beverage requirements in a friendly, courteous manner;
Break down bar after functions and store supplies according to hotel standards;
Follow all state liquor laws and safety rules
