Overnight Valet Attendant to join the Front Office team at Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, Grand Wailea.

The property is a Forbes 4‑Star, AAA 4‑Diamond resort with 780 rooms situated on 40 acres of tropical gardens. It hosts 100,000 sq ft of banquet space and 7 food and beverage outlets.

Union Position: This role is part of the local union and requires complete open availability. Full‑time hours are not guaranteed and the schedule may vary from week to week based on seniority and business needs.

• Support seamless arrivals and departures: collect keys, issue claim tickets, and transport guest vehicles between the hotel driveway and designated parking areas.
• Handle guest belongings with care: assist with luggage and retrieve items from vehicles upon request.
• Deliver a friendly hospitality experience: maintain an upbeat attitude, respond promptly to inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently.

• Demonstrated passion for hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency.
• Must be willing and able to work variable shifts, including overnight hours.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Prior experience in a guest services or valet role is advantageous, though not mandatory.
