Job Description

Iconic Hotel del Coronado, located on Coronado Island near Downtown San Diego, is a 28‑acre Victorian beach resort with over 750 rooms, cottages, and villas. After a $400M renovation and expansion, the resort now boasts 65,000 square feet of banquet space and 10 food and beverage outlets, including 4 restaurants, 2 bars, a food truck, marketplace, ice cream shop, and in‑room dining.

We are looking for a Busperson to join our team and help deliver exceptional hospitality to every guest.

• Delight our guests by bringing an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively looking for ways to make their experience special.
• Clear and transport tableware: remove dishware, glassware, and silverware at the end of meal service and deliver them to the dishwashing area for cleaning.
• Manage service stations: ensure the service stations are always fully stocked, clean, and ready for service.
• Support table service by assisting servers with delivering beverages, bread, and other items as needed.
• Prepare tables for dining by clearing and resetting tables with clean serviceware to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Comply with regulatory standards by maintaining compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well‑being.
