Starwood Hotels is seeking an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to lead and elevate our high‑volume, upscale F&B operations. The role focuses on guest and team member engagement, financial performance, and service excellence in a luxury hotel environment.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years in F&B, including 4+ years in management of large-scale operations with at least $20M in revenue, and experience with opening new venues. A post-secondary diploma is a plus.
