About the Role
We are looking for a warm, welcoming Bell/Doorperson who is the first point of contact for our guests. This role is essential to delivering impeccable service and representing the brand's best self.
Responsibilities- Greet guests and provide excellent front‑office service.
- Assist with luggage and logistics during arrivals and departures.
- Offer information about the property, local attractions, and share historical facts.
- Ensure a seamless 24‑hour operation by adapting to changing guest needs.
- Passionate about guest service and enjoys physical work.
- Previous experience in a similar customer or guest‑service role.
- Team player, hard worker, and detail oriented.
- Flexible and able to handle the demands of a 24‑hour shift.
Hourly rate: $28.00 per hour.
