• Deliver personalized, luxury-level service to Resort and Residential guests.
• Build relationships with guests through genuine conversation and proactive engagement.
• Share knowledge of resort amenities, dining venues, recreational activities, and local experiences.
• Prepare, present, and distribute complimentary amenities, food items, and beverages in pool and beach areas.
• Support recreation programming, guest activations, holiday events, and special resort experiences.
• Assist with inventory management and operational readiness of amenities and event supplies.
• Process guest purchases through approved point-of-sale systems during designated activations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout assigned work areas.
• Collaborate with Recreation, Pool & Beach Operations, Food & Beverage, and other resort departments to create seamless guest experiences.

• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage.
• Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, recreation, guest services, or a related field preferred.
• Outstanding guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and create memorable experiences for guests of all ages.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Basic food handling and sanitation knowledge preferred.
• Comfortable working in an outdoor environment in varying weather conditions.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale system proficiency preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
