The Four Seasons Resort Lāna'i is looking for a Banquet House Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. The Banquet House Attendant supports event operations by setting up and breaking down banquet spaces, including tables, linens, furniture, and equipment. This role maintains organization of event areas and provides attentive service by responding to guest needs to ensure smooth and successful functions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Set up, break down, and maintain banquet and event spaces according to BEO specifications, including tables, linens, furniture, buffets, and specialty setups
• Stock, organize, and maintain linens, equipment, and service supplies, ensuring cleanliness, proper storage, and adequate inventory levels
• Coordinate daily assignments and participate in BEO meetings to ensure clear execution of event requirements while maintaining event space standards
• Transport, set up, and store equipment and materials safely, including operating vehicles and maintaining tools, carts, and equipment
• Manage linen operations, including inventory tracking, timely delivery of soiled items, and maintaining par levels for upcoming events

Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States. The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required. Hawaii Driver's Abstract is required for this role. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 75lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts.
