Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their rooms with a warm and welcoming experience;
Deliver luggage to guest rooms at check-in and retrieve luggage upon departure;
Acknowledge and greet all guests in the lobby and proactively offer assistance;
Handle guest interactions professionally, respond to inquiries, and resolve guest concerns;
Provide safe, comfortable transportation for guests using hotel vehicles and assist with vehicle parking
