This includes 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining.

As a 1st Class Engineer, and efficient operation of the hotel's mechanical systems – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

- Respond to service requests:
Quickly handle guest and team member work orders and emergency requests related to non-functioning machinery or equipment
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs:
Diagnose and address issues with equipment to maintain optimal functionality and prevent system failures
- Conduct preventive maintenance:
Carry out scheduled maintenance tasks to extend equipment lifespan and ensure reliable performance
- Document maintenance activities:
Record completed repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention
- Supervise and develop the team:
Train, schedule, and supervise maintenance team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and performance
- Uphold regulatory standards:
