We’re currently seeking an experienced Banquet Manager to lead our banquet operations and ensure the successful execution of meetings, weddings, conferences, and special events.

• Lead, coach, and develop the Banquet team to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee the day-to-day execution of banquet and catering events.
• Manage labor, food, and beverage costs while achieving operational goals.
• Coordinate banquet event orders and catering contracts to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain the highest standards of service, quality, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with internal departments to create memorable guest experiences.

• Leadership experience in banquet or event operations within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Exceptional guest service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A collaborative leadership style and passion for developing high-performing teams.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
