Located at Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i, this role supports event operations by setting up and breaking down banquet spaces, ensuring smooth and successful functions.

Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is an oceanfront destination on the southeastern coast of the pristine island of Lāna’i. The resort offers outdoor restaurants, a kid’s club, tennis garden, cultural programming, and a Jack Nicklaus‑signature golf course.

• Set up, break down, and maintain banquet and event spaces according to BEO specifications, including tables, linens, furniture, buffets, and specialty setups.
• Stock, organize, and maintain linens, equipment, and service supplies, ensuring cleanliness, proper storage, and adequate inventory levels.
• Coordinate daily assignments and participate in BEO meetings to ensure clear execution of event requirements while maintaining event space standards.
• Transport, set up, and store equipment and materials safely, including operating vehicles and maintaining tools, carts, and equipment.
• Manage linen operations, including inventory tracking, timely delivery of soiled items, and maintaining par levels for upcoming events.

• Legal work authorization in the United States.
• Availability to work seven (7) days a week, twenty‑four (24) hours a day, including holidays and weekends.
• Hawaii Driver’s Abstract required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 75 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts.

• Hourly Rate: $19.90.
