Recreation Attendant

As a Recreation Attendant at Marriott International, Inc in our Sports & Recreation department, you'll create memorable guest experiences across our hospitality and travel offerings. Greet guests warmly, explain and enforce facility and safety rules, monitor pools, courts, and activity areas, and maintain clean, organized recreation spaces. Assist with equipment checkout, towel service, and activity sign-ups while answering questions about programs and local attractions.

Support daily operations by setting up activities, reporting maintenance needs, and collaborating with team members to deliver warm, efficient service aligned with Marriott's people-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and assist guests in the recreation area
• Explain, schedule, and promote recreation programs and activities
• Monitor activity areas to support safety and rule compliance
• Issue, track, and collect equipment, towels, and supplies
• Set up and break down courts, games, and activity spaces
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of recreation facilities
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
• Operate basic POS or reservation systems as needed
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
• Collaborate with team members to support special events and group activities
