FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER IN TRAINING (MIT)Sensei Lāna’i, A Four Seasons Resort, is looking for a F&B MIT who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.
What You’ll Do- Support daily Food & Beverage operations with a visible leadership presence, ensuring consistent service standards and exceptional guest experiences
- Engage with guests, build relationships, and professionally resolve concerns and special requests to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Monitor facility and equipment conditions, recommending improvements and collaborating with Culinary and Front‑of‑House teams on menus and offerings
- Participate in and lead meetings, training sessions, and pre‑shift briefings while supporting onboarding and development of team members
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback, while communicating performance updates and training progress to management
- Facilitate clear communication and coordination between Front‑ and Back‑of‑House teams and across departments to ensure smooth operations
- Support labor and cost management efforts through scheduling, budgeting, inventory control, and operational efficiency

- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
- The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty‑four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required.
- Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card
- Hawaii Food Handler’s Card and Hawaii Maui County liquor card is required for this role
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
- Hourly Rate: $28.19
