The gorgeous Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, Grand Wailea, is looking for a Hair Stylist to join the Spa Team! Located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4-Star, AAA 4-Diamond property is consistently ranked among the world's best resorts with 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining.

• Classification:
  Part-Time
• Shift: Various - must have availability to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays.
• Pay Rate:
  The hourly rate is $16.00 per hour, plus piece rate per service, plus service charge %, plus voluntary gratuity. Training rate: $18.00 per hour.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Delight our guests:
  Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure an exceptional spa experience
• Deliver professional hair services:
  Perform cutting, styling, coloring, highlighting, updos, texture treatments, and other hair services according to spa menu, guest preferences, and established quality and health standards
• Maintain a spotless environment:
  Ensure workstations, tools, and equipment are consistently clean and sanitized in compliance with regulatory and guest service standards
• Manage supplies and inventory:
  Monitor inventory of hair care products and tools, ensuring adequate stock and proper storage.
• Stay current on industry trends:
  Maintain up to date knowledge of hair techniques, tools, and products to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction
• Support daily spa operations:
  Assist with general spa duties as needed to ensure seamless service
• Maintain required documentation:
  Accurately complete any required records related to services, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
