Bell Attendant

We are seeking a warm, welcoming Bell/Doorperson to join our front‑of‑house team. The role involves greeting guests, assisting with their needs, and ensuring exceptional service during our 24‑hour operation.

• Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests upon arrival and departure.
• Assist with luggage and transportation requests.
• Share knowledge about the property’s history and local attractions.
• Maintain a clean and presentable front desk area.
• Coordinate with other team members to meet guest needs.

• Previous customer or guest service experience.
• Strong communication skills and a welcoming attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Detail‑oriented, team player, and hard worker.
• Comfortable with physical tasks and a 24‑hour operation.
