The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

The Housekeeping Floor Supervisor oversees daily housekeeping operations and conducts inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and service standards are consistently maintained. This role supports team performance, coordinates daily assignments, and helps deliver an exceptional guest experience in accordance with luxury hospitality standards. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct inspections of guest rooms, public areas, VIP arrivals, show rooms, and priority rooms to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and quality standards are consistently maintained
• Coordinate daily housekeeping operations by assigning work, monitoring productivity, and providing guidance and support to housekeeping teams across all shifts
• Assist Housekeeping Management with administrative and operational responsibilities to ensure efficient daily operations and service excellence
