The SH Welcome Hale Service Assistant are the initial point of contact of our hotel, because they are the first to meet our guests. They also have the first opportunity to provide our guests with impeccable service, and often to reflect a first glimpse of the brand’s best self. Primarily responsible for greeting the guests and ensuring the utmost security is being handled.
While complying with all 1 Hotels policies.
About you...Passionate about safety and security with similar work experience.
A post-secondary diploma, degree or industry-related certifications would be a plus.
Experience in safety and security operations, a team player, detail oriented.
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
