About the Role

The People Operations Generalist supports the People Operations department by handling a variety of administrative and People Operations‑related tasks. This position assists with onboarding, team member records, team member activations, pay it forward events, benefits administration, and compliance, ensuring a smooth and efficient People Ops operation.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with onboarding and new hire processes.
  • Maintain accurate team member records and activations.
  • Coordinate pay it forward events and other employee engagement activities.
  • Administer benefits and support compliance activities.
  • Manage day‑to‑day administrative support for People Operations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative, human resources, hospitality, or employee relations experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Strong customer service mindset and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferred:
    Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Preferred:
    Experience supporting international employees, interns, or cultural exchange programs.
  • Preferred:
    Experience with Workday or similar Human Resource Information Systems.
  • Preferred:
    Hospitality industry experience.
  • Preferred:
    Knowledge of purchasing processes and budget reconciliation.

$75,000‑$85,000 annually
