Salary Range: $90,000 – $105,000 (commensurate with experience)

What You’ll Own Strategic Execution & Program Leadership- Co-lead the execution of Alpha Academy’s most critical learning and leadership initiatives.
- Translate strategy into clear plans, timelines, and deliverables — then drive them to completion.
- Own programs end-to-end: design, pilot, rollout, and evaluation.
- Identify risks early and take decisive action to keep momentum strong.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and alignment across divisions, roles, and locations.
- Step in to stabilize, redesign, or accelerate programs when complexity increases.
- Stay relentlessly focused on outcomes, not just activity.
- Serve as a primary partner to Operations, Safety, HR, IT, and other stakeholders.
- Translate real operational needs into scalable, effective learning solutions.
- Facilitate collaboration, remove roadblocks, and drive decisions forward.
- Represent Alpha Academy as a credible, trusted leader across the organization.
- Provide leadership coverage and continuity for the Learning & Development team.
- Mentor and support team members to elevate ownership and execution quality.
- Serve as a proxy for the Learning & Development Manager when needed.
- Reinforce standards, accountability, and operating rhythms.
- Partner with the L&D Systems Administrator to ensure programs are supported by strong systems and reporting.
- Use data, feedback, and insight to continuously improve learning effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and scale with discipline.

- Be a steady, credible presence during growth and change.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.
- Proven success leading complex initiatives from concept to execution.
- Strong judgment, ownership mindset, and comfort operating autonomously.
- Experience in construction, skilled trades, or operationally complex environments.
- Experience partnering closely with Operations and Safety leaders.
- Experience scaling programs across multiple locations or business units.
- You lead with heart without lowering the bar.
