Talent Recruiter

1 Hotel Kauai, L.L.C. is seeking a Talent Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruiting for the property in Princeville, HI. This onsite role partners with department leaders to forecast staffing needs, manage the recruitment lifecycle, and support a candidate experience that reflects the standards of the brand. The position also plays a key role in building a strong, diverse talent pipeline aligned with 1 Hotels Vision and Brand Pillars.

• Lead and manage all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle for the property
• Partner with department leaders to anticipate staffing needs
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Build a strong, diverse pipeline aligned with 1 Hotels Vision and Brand Pillars

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 4-6 years of progressive recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably within hospitality, luxury service, or high-volume environments
• Experience recruiting both hourly and leadership roles
• Experience with an HRIS and recruitment analytics
• Strong understanding of employment laws and fair hiring practices
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
• Proven ability to build relationships with leaders, candidates, and external partners
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms
• Flexible schedule to meet the demands of a 24-hour hospitality operation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Location: Princeville, HI (onsite)
• Salary: USD 75,000 to 85,000 per year
