Job Description
First Hawaiian Bank is seeking an Identity Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join our Identity Access Management Department.
Work ScheduleMust be available to work 8:00AM to 5:00PM Hawaii Standard Time (HST) (Hours may vary)
CompensationThe salary range for this role is $57,000 to $88,500/yr; commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.
ResponsibilitiesThe Identity Access Management (IAM) Analyst is responsible for providing enterprise-wide support to fulfill account and role provisioning requests in a timely manner. Works closely with business units to ensure accounts and roles are provisioned according to business needs while adhering to access management program guidelines and bank security policies. Assists with collecting and reporting performance metrics, training and supporting team members, and leading reviews for various audits.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience required
- 3 years’ progressively responsible experience with identity access management/provisioning required
- Program management experience preferred
- Strong understanding of IT systems and applications
- Experience with Identity access management processes and procedures
- Demonstrates ability to apply technical concepts practically
- Practical experience leading and managing IT audits independently
- Able to work independently and with a team, prioritize tasks, effectively manage time to ensure customer SLA’s and expectations are met
- Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills including the ability to translate technical terms and concepts to non-technical audiences
- Able to plan, organize and budget independently
- Able to handle confidential matters judiciously
