Position Overview
We are looking for a Field Telecommunications Technician in the Maui, HI area who has a strong desire to resolve technical issues, is flexible, learns quickly, and can work independently while providing support and guidance to our customer base on SONIFI products. Responsibilities- Your day will be spent supporting our customers in your region.
- Provide technical support for SONIFI products and resolve technical issues.
- Communicate thoughtfully and professionally with the staff at our hospitality customers and respect boundaries, protocols, and empathy needed in our healthcare customer environments.
- Depend on a company vehicle, tools, cell phone, laptop, and technical support supplied by the company.
- Occasionally travel outside of your area, work on‑call, and perform occasional overtime and weekend work to accommodate service level agreements.

Education and Technical ExpertiseIn addition to your passion for solving problems, a technical degree plus one year of related experience in any of the following areas, or a High School Diploma or GED plus three years’ work experience, is required. Looking for experience in any of the following areas:
High-Speed Internet and WIFI, Satellite TV, Digital TV, IPTV, Telecom, RF, CATV, MATV, and Head-end.
- To drive a company vehicle, you will need a valid driver’s license and safe driving habits.
- Must be flexible and adapt to changing customer priorities and requests.
- Competitive salary based on location, experience, education, specialty, and training. Generally starting at $27 - $34 per hour.
