IT Support Associate

This is not a remote role. Applicants must be able to report to work on time as scheduled.

Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking an IT Support Associate to join a growing and dynamic team!

IT Support Associate

Waianae, HI

$24/hour

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate Degree in MIS, ISC, comparable degree, or high school diploma with at least 5 years’ experience in the Information Systems/Technology field preferred
• A+, Network+, or equivalent certification required

Full-time;
Contract

Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm or 8:30am to 5:00pm

• Assist in the setup, configuration, integration, and administration of systems, PCs, and networking equipment, as well as necessary software
• Diagnose computer and printer problems and perform medium to major repairs
• Troubleshoot network connectivity problems to and from PCs, servers, printers, and other network equipment
• Coordinate and assist in the moving of computer equipment and reinstallation
• Contact appropriate vendors for support, documenting the problem, and providing corrective action regarding hardware, operating systems, installation, and networking issues
• Provide support for Level 2 support staff as necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned

• A valid Driver’s License and daily access to an automobile are required
