Data Scientist, Data Analyst
Overview
As a data scientist, you will unlock the secrets hidden within large data sets and harness the possibilities of IoT, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. In an increasingly connected world, structured and unstructured data open new opportunities. You will help transform complex data sets into actionable insights to solve challenges for private and public sector clients, from fraud detection to cancer research and national intelligence.

You will work closely with clients to understand their questions and needs, dive into data-rich environments, develop algorithms and systems, and use the right combination of tools and frameworks to convert disparate data points into objective answers that enable informed decisions. Requirements- 3+ years of experience with data exploration, cleaning, analysis, visualization, or mining
- 3+ years of experience with statistical and general-purpose programming languages such as Python for data analysis
- 2+ years of experience creating and maintaining BI dashboard visuals, structure, and processes with Tableau, Qlik Sense, or Power BI
- Ability to analyze structured and unstructured data sources
- Ability to develop predictive data models, quantitative analyses, and visualizations of targeted data sources
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience working in or with the DoD or military
- 2+ years of experience developing in React and Type Script
- Experience working with Palantir Foundry
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum processes
- TS/SCI clearance
- Master's degree
Applicants will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Secret clearance is required.
Compensation and BenefitsSalary is determined by a variety of factors, including location and the candidate’s education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $ (annualized USD). Full‑time and part‑time employees working at least 20 hours a week are eligible to participate in the benefit programs.
