Building Maintenance

Job Location: Kahala •
Compensation: $18/hour •
Employment Type: Temp - Hire •
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning duties
  :
  Mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, stainless steel cleaning, wiping surfaces, and occasional scrubbing
• Pool maintenance
  :
  Use a pool net to remove leaves from the surface of the pool once a day (approximately 30 minutes per session)
• Trash handling
  :
  Transfer trash from one bin to another (within the trash room)
• General upkeep
  :
  Assist with additional cleaning duties as required

• The role requires the ability to walk, sit, stand, bend, lift, and move continually during working hours
• Ability to lift up to 15-20 lbs on occasion

• At least 6 months of professional janitorial experience
