Position Description

Williams Construction is a well‑established general contractor on the island of Kauai. We are a full‑service custom home builder searching for a motivated, organized Delivery Driver / Warehouse Worker to support our team.

Required Skills

Excellent time management and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to take direction from multiple sources and prioritize tasks for the day and week
Valid license and a clean driving record
High attention to detail and the desire to work in a clean, organized setting
Strong work ethic and high level of self‑accountability
Great attitude and proven ability to work well with a team
Ability to lift 75+ pounds
Ability to stand and walk for the entire workday
Ability to safely operate a forklift
Ability to operate heavy machinery is a plus
