Beech Valley is seeking an experienced Director of Business Analysis & Grants to lead financial planning, business analytics, and grant management functions. This role will oversee data-driven decision support, ensure effective grant compliance and reporting, and partner with leadership to drive organizational performance. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of financial acumen, strategic insight, and experience managing grant-funded programs.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead business analysis and financial planning efforts to support strategic initiatives
  • Oversee grant lifecycle management, including budgeting, tracking, compliance, and reporting
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and performance dashboards
  • Partner with executive leadership to provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with grant requirements, including federal, state, and private funding guidelines
  • Drive process improvements across reporting, budgeting, and data analysis functions
  • Manage and mentor team members within finance, analytics, or grants functions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with program, accounting, and operations teams
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in financial analysis, business analytics, or grant management
  • Strong understanding of grant compliance, reporting, and funding structures
  • Proven ability to build financial models and interpret complex data sets
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership and presenting insights
  • Strong leadership and team management experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced Excel and financial systems experience
Nice to Have
  • Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, or government-funded environments
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
