Bishop & Company is seeking a Service Supervisor for the Kahana Branch in Maui
.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing branch operations by supervising employees across all phases of bank activities. You will also address and resolve customer concerns or complex inquiries, support branch workflow, and assign coverage as needed. A key responsibility is ensuring full compliance with all bank policies and procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in bank operations.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience (may be concurrent).
• Ability to use a 10‑key adding machine and type 40 words per minute.
• Pleasant, tactful, and professional customer interaction skills.
• Strong oral and interpersonal communication abilities.
• High attention to detail with sound judgment and discretion when handling customer transactions and confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications.

• Job Type: Direct‑Hire Opportunity
• Salary: $46,176 – $66,560 per year (commensurate with experience) plus an additional premium of $750 per month and sales incentives.
• Work Schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday; 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (hours may vary).

  Kahana Branch, Hawaii.
