Location: Koloa

Medicaid Policy And OCM Project Manager

12+ months contract (possible multi year extension) Every quarter 2 weeks on at Guam.

Job Description:

  • Lead/collaborate policy work for Guam DPHSS client.
  • Experience leading a team of SMEs on Medicaid policy work.
  • Policy related client deliverable management.
  • Manage and direct the policy staff based on a project work plan.
  • Familiarity with regulatory policies (such as waivers).
  • Familiarity with policy life cycle until implementation.
  • Collaborate with MES/I&E PMs/leads on policy topics.
  • Conversant with MS Project, JIRA and other PMO tools.
  • Own and manage RAID log for policy work.
  • Practitioner knowledge of change management.
  • Report to Dy Portfolio Leader.

Qualification:

B.S degree with 5+ years of experience working on waivers, SPAs, and other CMS rules.

Certification:
Pro Sci, CCP

Location/travel:
Pacific time zone preferred US/Hawaii and/or overlap with ChST zone travel as needed (25-50%) We will reimburse for travel time to Guam. Flights and accommodations must be reviewed and approved by engagement manager before booking.
