Day Porter​/Janitorial - Cleaning

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Day Porter to join our team! Shift is Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00pm.

GENERAL OPERATIONS

• Consistently maintain a clean and attractive environment in and around the Main Lobby including cleaning of doors, seating areas, steps, curbs, sidewalks, and alleyway.
• Consistently maintain a clean and attractive environment in and around common areas, including cleaning of corridors, elevator lobbies, and restocking restrooms.
• Maintain clean stairwells and property as directed by Service Manager
• Assist Service Manager with special projects as needed.
• Immediately report any mechanical problems or vandalism to the Service Manager
• Take weekly inventory of janitorial supplies and give a report to Service Manager
