Expected Pay Range for a Truss Manufacturing Specialist at Truss Systems by HPM in Puunene is $21.25 per hour to $30.15 per hour

: HPM Building Supply in Puunene - Central Maui Baseyard, Hawaii is seeking to hire a full‑time Truss Manufacturing Specialist for our Truss Systems by HPM to work with a team to efficiently produce high‑quality building components and/or modular units. Working with various hand tools and manufacturing machines, the Truss Manufacturing Specialist is committed to safety, teamwork, and delivering products to customer specifications.

• Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
• Some overtime and Saturdays may be required
• Closed on Sundays - NO SUNDAYS!

• Ability to lift 65 lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Previous construction experience is helpful, but not required
• Ability to work in our outdoor warehouse in various weather conditions
• Must be able to bend, stretch, reach, twist, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time
