Director of Sales & Marketing

Location:

Kailua‑Kona, Hawaiʻi. This senior leadership role is part of the Hotel’s Executive Committee and drives strategy and execution for all sales and marketing initiatives, delivering revenue growth, increasing market share, and optimizing profitability across all market segments.

• Enhance the hotel’s positioning and brand communications, ensuring consistent representation to internal and external customers.
• Direct sales efforts, lead and coordinate development of marketing plans, and collaborate with Corporate Brand and Marketing teams.
• Partner with Area Revenue Management, Corporate Sales, Marketing, and Business Development to align strategies and achieve rate, occupancy, and revenue goals.
• Inspire and manage the sales and marketing team, strengthen partnerships, and deliver exceptional business results.

Base salary range: $170,000–$190,000. Total compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and education.
