Hawaii Island Humane Society is hiring a Director of Development to lead the comprehensive strategy for fundraising and development. This pivotal role requires 5-7 years of nonprofit fundraising experience and the ability to manage a team, ensuring donor loyalty and promoting a Culture of Philanthropy.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about animal welfare and proficient in CRMs such as Salesforce. The successful applicant will also oversee Development staff and partner with the CEO and Board of Directors.
