Job Summary
Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is seeking full‑time CRNAs for a permanent opportunity with the largest anesthesia practice in Hawaii, serving the state’s only Level I Trauma Center. This high‑acuity position offers a diverse case mix, competitive base salary of $245,000, a $20,000 sign‑on bonus, and extensive benefits including CME support, medical expense reimbursement, and retirement contributions.

ScheduleFull‑time; various shift options available; includes hourly shift differentials; calls not required.
Compensation- Annual salary $245,000
- Sign‑on bonus $20,000
- Annual salary increases (up to a maximum)
- Hourly shift differentials
- Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re‑Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Hawaii
- Minimum of 0‑1 years of experience as a CRNA preferred; new graduates considered
- Proficiency in high‑acuity cases including trauma, neuro, vascular, thoracic, and general surgery
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to deliver anesthesia care across diverse patient populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance (employee premium fully covered by employer)
- Medical reimbursement up to $2,500 per year (includes spouse and children; follows FSA guidelines)
- CME reimbursement allowance starting at $2,000/year, increasing by $500 annually up to $3,500/year; includes 5 paid education/professional development days; covered expenses for BLS/ACLS/PALS renewals, RN & APRN license renewal, conferences, travel, CEUs, and educational materials
- 401(k) eligibility after 1 year of service; employer contributes 3% annually; additional profit‑sharing potential; fully vested after 6 years
- Employer‑paid group disability (60% of covered earnings up to $10,000/month)
- PTO:
Year 1 – 5 weeks;
Year 3 – 6 weeks;
Year 7 – 7 weeks (carry over up to 5 days/year) + paid holidays - Group malpractice insurance; hospital reappointment fees
