Locum CRNA:

Locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), 1099 contract, serving Hawaii’s Level I Trauma Center. 6–12 month assignments with four 10‑hour shifts per week—including at least one weekend day and no call responsibilities. Credentialing timeframe: approximately 90 days.

• Provide anesthesia care for high‑acuity cases, including trauma surgery, general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, neuro‑spine, vascular, thoracic, ENT, urology, gynecology, oncology, endoscopy, ambulatory surgery, and non‑OR areas.
• Participate in a collaborative care‑team model under medical supervision.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of anesthesia practice and patient safety standards.

• Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re‑Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
• Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Hawaii.
• Minimum of 0‑1 year of CRNA experience preferred; proficiency in trauma, general, neuro, vascular, thoracic, and other high‑acuity cases.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide anesthesia care to diverse patient populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and the care team.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
