Job Summary
:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Emergency Room Nurse to join our team in Pahala, HI. The Emergency Room Nurse will be responsible for providing quick and efficient care to patients in emergency situations, including administering medication, applying dressings, and assessing patients' conditions. The Emergency Room Nurse must have strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with other healthcare professionals and provide support to families during their time of need.

• Triaging patients, assessing their conditions and administering medication as necessary
• Creating and implementing care plans for patients
• Assisting with medical procedures and coordinating with healthcare professionals
• Keeping accurate medical records and updating medical charts as necessary
• Communicating effectively with patients and their families to provide emotional support and address concerns
• Evaluating patient responses and making appropriate modifications to care plans and treatment

• Must have an active RN license in the state of Hawaii
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Emergency Room Nurse
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
• Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team
