Long-Term Care Registered Nurse

Kauaʻi Veterans Memorial Hospital is seeking an experienced Long-Term Care Registered Nurse for a traveler assignment. The RN will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in our Long-Term Care unit, including medication administration, assessments, care planning, documentation, and coordination with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team. Candidates should have current Long-Term Care or skilled nursing experience, strong communication and clinical assessment skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Active Hawaiʻi RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of one year of recent Long-Term Care or skilled nursing experience
• Experience with electronic medical records
• Ability to work the assigned schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
